Cough and cold:

Indications for: TYLENOL COLD HEAD CONGESTION DAYTIME

Congestion, sore throat, cough, headache, minor aches and pains.

Adult Dosage:

Swallow whole. 2 tabs every 4 hours; max 12 tabs/24 hours.

Children Dosage:

Not recommended.

TYLENOL COLD HEAD CONGESTION DAYTIME Contraindications:

During or within 14 days of MAOIs. Concomitant other acetaminophen products.

TYLENOL COLD HEAD CONGESTION DAYTIME Warnings/Precautions:

Hepatic dysfunction. Cardiovascular disease. Hypertension. GI or GU obstruction. Thyroid disease. Diabetes. Asthma. Lower respiratory disorders. Pregnancy. Nursing mothers.

TYLENOL COLD HEAD CONGESTION DAYTIME Classification:

Analgesic + antitussive + sympathomimetic.

TYLENOL COLD HEAD CONGESTION DAYTIME Interactions:

See Contraindications. Hypertensive crisis with MAOIs. Increased risk of hepatotoxicity with ≥3 alcoholic drinks/day. β-blockers may increase pressor effects of sympathomimetics. Antihypertensives antagonized.

Adverse Reactions:

Nervousness, dizziness, insomnia, hepatotoxicity (overdosage).
