Joey Steward

Joseph Steward works at Moores Cancer Center at UCSD as part of the Clinical Research staff focusing on cancer genomics. He is interested by applications of genomics in pre-clinical drug target validation and biomarker-driven precision medicine trials in oncology. Joseph also has previous experience in microbial genomics research at centers in San Diego such as the J. Craig Venter Institute and interests in infectious disease therapeutics, evolution of antibiotic resistance and the human microbiome.
